Become an Expert, or Join Them?
As investors, we have to decide whether we spend our time becoming an expert in real estate, or if we are going to focus our attention on another area and invest passively. And if investing passively, how do you choose which experts to invest with?
Our business is based on the assumption that we would all rather invest alongside an expert that is investing themselves in a deal. Many experts recommend or sell deals that they themselves are not investing in, and are rather earning commission or fees irrespective of the outcome.
