Fees & Refunds
Detailed Description of Services
WealthPoint is a global alternative asset and real estate marketplace. We provide a digital platform on which investment companies can list and promote their deals, and through which global investors can find out information on these deals and invest if they so choose.
Wealth Point itself does not list or offer any investment deals, rather we provide a digital platform for others to list their offerings.
WealthPoint does not offer financial, tax or investment advice.
Fees
WealthPoint charges fees for the provision of these services, as detailed on our Fees Page. Fees may be charged to either or both Investors and Listers based on the circumstances of each deal. All fees charged to Investors will be clearly displayed on each deal’s information page.
Fees may vary based on the nature of the deal, or the regional or affiliate circumstance of the Investor.
WealthPoint makes use of affiliates, brokers, agents and other sales and marketing channels, and will charge fees to the investor based on these partnerships.
By signing up to be a member on a WealthPoint platform, and accepting these terms and conditions, investors are authorising WealthPoint to deduct the Fees as they are displayed to the investor at the start of any investment.
Refunds and Investment Cancellation
Investors are able to cancel any Indication of Interest for an offering on the platform up until such time as the deal is closed and funds are transferred to the deal Sponsor. Upon such a cancellation, all investor funds will be returned to investors wallets. For deals that are closed, each offering on a WealthPoint platform has a separate legal investment contract. These contracts will stipulate any processes relating to investors ability to exit a deal earlier than is stipulated.
