How to complete your profile and get KYB verified as a Trust

Please check with your accountant or tax consultant if your Trust is allowed to invest in and own offshore assets before attempting to complete your Trust's profile on the platform.

Once signed into your account, please navigate to the Manage Profile icon found in the left-hand panel. Please have your KYB documents ready electronically in JPG/JPEG, PNG or PDF format to be uploaded during the process. Below your existing profile, click on the Create New Business Profile button.

Create Profile

Click on Profile Type, select Trust from the drop-down menu, and complete the Country of Incorporation and your investor category. Please accept the investor category agreement, if applicable, and then click on the Create Profile button on the right.

Trust Information

Please have the following documents ready to upload for a Trust:

  • Certificate of Incorporation/Registration (if applicable),
  • Full, signed copy of the Trust Deed,
  • Proof of Identity for each beneficiary as well as for the authorised person/primary contact person,
  • Under Other supporting documentation, please upload any additional supporting documents.

You will need to provide a unique, valid email address on section 2 of the Trust profile setup process. This email address must be different to the one you supplied during signup and will also need to be verified.

Complete the Trust's basic information, the authorised persons' details, and upload the requested documents. Click on Save & Proceed.

Physical Address

Complete the Trust's physical address and click on Save & Proceed.

Bank Account

Complete the Trust's bank details and the bank's physical address, and upload a recent, full page Bank Statement or Bank Confirmation document no older than three (3) months, clearly showing that it is in the name of the Trust. Credit card statements are not accepted as official bank statements. Click on Save & Proceed.

Submit Profile

Click on the Save & Submit button on section 5 to place your Trust's profile on Pending Verification status.

Depending on the setup of your Trust and the jurisdiction it was incorporated in, additional supporting documentation may be requested. Once you have submitted your profile our KYB Team will conduct the preliminary cross-reference checks and revert with feedback via email (support@wealthpoint.app), if necessary. This can take 2-3 days to be processed, excluding weekends and public holidays.
